The core testing includes four major stages: temperature rise testing requires strict control of component temperature to prevent insulation aging from causing fires; After the 24-hour aging test, a waterproof "thermal test" should be conducted immediately to simulate the IP65 protection performance after thermal expansion and contraction; Fault testing evaluates safety redundancy through short-circuit simulation, and the design of input fuses is a key protective measure; Optical testing requires verifying the lens's transmittance and UV resistance of over 98%. The closed-loop system formed by these tests ensures its stable operation in outdoor environments ranging from -40 ℃ to 60 ℃.
